Calabar Arrival

So Grateful to GOD ALMIGHTY After spending almost two days on the road, we are finally in Calabar "the City of Paradise ".

The journey from Kaduna(NorthWest Nigeria) to Calabar (South-South Nigeria) was so long a journey, but I must say it was adventurous. The passengers from different part of the country(Nigeria) Igbo, Hausa, Efik, Igala etc, kept the vehicle lively all through, most especially an old woman(mama) Who made us laugh like never before with her funny way of talking, really I felt like we should not alight from the vehicle, but who is on a journey must arrive his/her destination..we did arrived Cross River State.
Hey! I must confess Cross River is blessed with alot of tourist sites, see what we found on our way to Calabar....

Hmm... A palm tree with double branches in Biase Local Government Area. Amazing!! That was really a sight to behold.
Getting to Calabar we were taken to College of Health Technology Calabar to camp with other contingents from other States.


The fever is in the air already tonight mini party everywhere... Can't wait for tomorrow to come, the deal day for the street party itself!!! Watch out guys. Any steemian in Calabar or around the carnival environs indicate via comment on this post let's hookup...
