Cusco... Capital of the Incas

Cusco or Cuzco, from the quechua word Qosqo, capital of the Inca Empire. This the most visited city in Peru, and if you haven’t been I recommend you to add it to your travel list. MacchuPicchu is the main touristic attraction, but there is so much more to see, starting with the city itself.
The Plaza de Armas (main square) is breath taking, there is some positive energy to it, just stand there and you will feel it, a sense of peace and happiness, something that you will not get in a picture, you must be there to get it.
The Cathedral and the La Compania de Jesus church are the iconic buildings surrounding the stone pathways. If lucky you might see festivals, parades, religious processions or more. Of course the restaurants and shops are worth to take a look.
