Pye-roo-gees! ;)

I was roaming around at my place today, wondering what to eat for dinner. Then suddenly it struck me, that this is The Day. It was high time for pierogi :)

As some of you may know, pierogi are type of polish dumplings. They can be filled with basically anything you like - cabbage & mushrooms, cheese, meat or fruits. I know from the people met around the world, that they're probably the most recognisable polish dish, that usually people think of after visiting Poland (maybe besides of bigos). I hope, that you'll have an opportunity to try them sometime and I really hope, that you won't regret that ;)

... and there is a little something about them - there is no such thing as too big portion of pierogi, nope!
