start with html and css.
CSS is Cascading Style Sheet. It is used for designing web pages.
CSS is very easy to learn. I would recommend you to start by learning html first which is THE FIRST STEP TO TAKE IN THIS JOURNEY OF WEB DEVELOPMENT.

The only thing you need to know now is that you have to master the basics very well to the extent that you can teach it to some one else. That is the best way to learn .

Be patient when learning , you will get the concept with time

Schedule your learning period . Spend a planned period of learning to grasp the concepts easily.Lets asy learning for 30 minutes and take a rest for 10 minutes in 4 hours a day.

Learn by doing it yourself . Some things in life are learnt by doing .Take an example of learning how to drive a car , you learn by doing with a lot of practise.

After mastering the basics , learn how to create graphics with css and html some reqiure javascript but just learn it .You will need it when you learn javascript.

Create some simple graphical user interfaced projects using your basic skills.

Tech it to some one else. You will understand it better.

Try to be creative . Play around with them . CSS and HTML.

You will find it difficult at the beginning but will get easier as you get used.

Learn javscript .If you learn javascript you will be already a frontend developer .
