It is entirely possible that the market for crypto alerts is completely saturated.
However I ended up writing my own exchange monitor, mainly for binance (but it supports bittrex too).
It does the usual alerts, above and below thresholds, and if you set desktop notifications (in Chrome) it will also notify you of volume spikes as the price approaches those thresholds (so you are not caught unaware).
Also as expected you can set once off telegram notifications (but it does not currently do volume notifications, since I'm still fine tuning those). So, anyone that wants to give it a spin and test, particularly if the volume triggers are relevant and useful, please have a look.
