Great 2018 Crypto Investments & Trades!

Before we get started I want to highlight several items.

1. I don't think this current sell off is over.

With that out of the way let's get started. As mentioned above, I don't believe this selloff is over, however I do believe the cryptos listed below will move higher in 2018. I don't feel it's appropriate to put an estimated percentage gain, however you can go back to this post at the end of 2018 and see results.

1. Bitcoin - Yes, I believe the big dog will be higher by year end. While Bitcoin has challenges to overcome such as speed, fees, brand confusion (Bitcoin Cash), and more competition, I believe Bitcoin is still the overall king. As cryptos evolve this may change, however I think we have about two years to see how this develops.

2. Litecoin - Litecoin is poised to continue it's upward movement with Bitcoin overtime. With 84 Million units compared to Bitcoins 21 million, speed, lower fees, and the upcoming Lightning Network, Litecoin is positioned well. Some believe it will ultimately trade at a 4 to 1 to Bitcoin. I'm not sure about 4 to 1, however I do believe it moves higher.

3. Bitcoin Cash - While I have my concerns with Bitcoin Cash I think it moves higher overtime. The recent train wreck launch on Coinbase put a bad taste in the mouths of many. You can argue the fiasco on Coinbase was one of many reasons that shifted the momentum in cryptos. When it comes to any currency, including cryptos, confidence is key. Train wrecks like we saw with Bitcoin Cash on Coinbase hurts confidence. With that said I do believe overtime we go higher. Bitcoin Cash is faster, and cheaper than Bitcoin, however more centralized.

4. Monero - In my opinion privacy coins are poised to move higher. This year will be insane, many politicians, and high level corporate executives will find themselves in serious situations, forcing them to hide assets. Monero is a perfect way to hide wealth. While the media constantly attempts to sell the public on Bitcoin being used by criminals, a better case can be used for Monero. With that said, I do not believe only criminals use Monero. Many criminals prefer cold hard cash. Governments are ignorant, and likely fear loss of tax revenue more than "criminals" using cryptos. Hell, many politicians are criminals.

5. OmiseGo - OmiseGo is a legit company that can potentially create enormous value. First, OmiseGo has a stacked team of developers, I recommend checking out their website to learn more about their team. Second, OmiseGo will provide several services which will be connected to the Ethereum mainnet. Examples include financial trades, remittances, payroll deposit, loyalty programs, supply chain finance, etc. These services will be decentralized, and inexpensive. You can see how this can create tons of competition for financial institutions if successful.

6. EOS - EOS is software utilizing blockchain architecture which will help enable vertical and horizontal scaling of decentralized assets. Check out their website to learn more, www.EOS.io.

7. Populous - Is a P2P invoice discounting platform. The platform is built on the blockchain. Essentially with their smart contracts they will leverage the speed of the blockchain, to pair sellers and lenders without any third party. There you have it, several coins I believe will move higher in 2018, and beyond. Please don't listen to anything I say, do your own homework, and make you own decisions.
