HOW TO MINT YOUR NFT'S FOR FREE!!!!

in #cryptoprofessor3 years ago (edited)

A couple of months ago, I heard about NFT's and totally fell in love with the idea. As a digital artist/graphic designer, you would expect that I would jump right into the system to sell as many non-fungible tokens as I could but that wasn't the case.

To mint my Digital design on trending NFT web pages, I discovered that I needed to pay a one-time fee of about 100 USD (Kindly note that making this payment does not guarantee that any of your NFT's will be sold). This was highly discouraging and expensive, which made me give up on the idea.

...Until I finally got referred to a website by a fellow graphic artist. I randomly spoke to him about how expensive it is to mint NFT's. He told me that wasn't exactly true after which he told me to visit www.rarible.com, which is one out of many websites that allow you to mint your NFT for free.

On rarible, NFTs are minted not at the time of creation, but at the time of purchase. It is the purchaser who will pay the charges while shopping for the item. It is as simple as that!!

I rushed down to the site, set up an account, connected my wallet address, and uploaded my NFT all in the space of 15 minutes. For this reason, I am proud to present to you, my very first NFT titled, "The Dog with Pride".

I'm still learning about NFT's and so far, I must confess that it is great for young creatives like myself looking to create and invest.
