Bitcoin drops 20% after $70M worth of bitcoin was stolen form Bitfinex exchange
Hello steemit community, already heard the news Bitfinex who hacked? if not, the news here : https://techcrunch.com/2016/08/02/bitcoin-drops-20-after-70m-worth-of-bitcoin-was-stolen-from-bitfinex-exchange/
I like to suggest to the user / owner Bitcoin to verify three things below:
1) Please check first wheter the place you store bitcoin good standing, supported by investor class and has a strong team of developers
2) Ask them how they store your bitcoin - how much is stored in the wallet hot vs cold storage?
3. Do they enable two factor authentication to all accounts?
Thanks,
Budi from BitX
