Using Social media listening on the cryptomarket

So I just used a sophisticated software tool to monitor crypto coins. The tool is originally used for monitoring brands and products. I altered the tool so I now get real time info on sentiments. What better way then to know what the market is doing then watching what people globally are saying on twitter, Facebook, forum, blogs, etc.
