3. ICO Smart Contract Terbuka untuk Audit Publik (ICO Smart Contract Open for Public Audit )- ICO yang baik harus tersedia dan mendapatkan kode yang diaudit. More and more people all around the world are looking into the crypto world to invest in. Initial Coin Offering (ICO) may be their first point of entry and it may not be easy to differentiate a good structured ICOs, bad ICOs or scam ICOs.
ICO subscribers are early investors hoping that the company that they are buying the coin/token from becomes successful after it launches. They aim for a higher cryptocoin value than what they purchased it for before the project was initiated.

Some of the notable successful ICOs includes;

Some good tokens/coins value may rise to twice, or ten times or over one thousand times of the ICO price after they are listed on the exchanges while some may go south or even have no value after the listing.

We are all looking out for good ICOs which we hope will give us good returns over time rather than getting stuck with coins/tokens which will never take off to the moon. We should look for value and the followings could well be the signs of a good ICO;

1. Legal Company Structure - do you want to invest in an ICO, which wants to hide its identity? Is there an address of the company on the ICO site. Is it a real company, has it been registered? Some companies offer ICOs from shell companies abroad to escape legal problems.
2. Displays an Understanding of Core Technology - Look for its systems, resources, requirement, optimisation, process and control. Are those clearly defined by the company?
3. ICO Smart Contract Open for Public Audit - Good ICOs should always share it & gets the code audited. If the code is not available than I will be worried that they may only be copying from someone or worse, they may not even have a developer.
4. Transparent Team - Would you Invest in entrepreneurs who have achieved nothing? Strong team & vision is important . Check the team photos , LinkedIn profiles are shared and check if they really put the company's name on their profile. If not, it could be a scam. Study at how diversified theteam is , ask yourself could this team help ensure the project to be successful.
   
5. Well Defined & Realistic Roadmap - Some ICO will mention over optimistic plan in the white paper. Ask yourself if the road map is practical.
6. Demonstrates a Working Demo, Prototype or Proof-of-Concept - Having some or part of these are always a good choice compared to not having any of these at all. Presenting flashy stuff on a website is just not enough. An Explainer Video is popular and it should explain in less than 2 minutes, what the project does.
7. Explicit Allocation of Funds - How will the company use the funds raised from the ICO? Is it for buying yachts or Lambos? Some of the ICOs have no real business case so please check if the use of funds is realistic and practical and what are the risks involved.
8. Well Prepared Whitepaper - Think of white paper as a detailed business plan. The company must put effort in documenting what their goals, vision and revenue model is. Read it, do you buy into the story?
9. Fair Token Value & Distribution - A clear and precise token Sale information is a must. Number of tokens generated & offered is very important. Some investors think that getting 5,000 tokens for 1 ETH is a bargain, but look also at the circulating supply, if the supply is 100 trillion, you may have only a small chance of going to the moon. Have a look at the list on Coinmarketcap.com. Token with less than 100 Million circulating supply are flying to the moon faster.
   How much is allocated to public investors, founders, partners and what is the breakdown. Is the public investors getting only a very small percentage of the total tokens?
