Cryptography Challenge

I thought it might be fun to post a few cryptanalysis challenges on steemit, given the community is so passionate about crypto in general.

The first one should be fairly straightforward once you find the cipher text. Depending on the reception i'm willing to continue ramping these challenges up. Perhaps not to Cicada 3301 levels. But I have lots of ideas for a series like this. So let me know if you're interested.
