The problem with using crypto currencies is the fluctuation, like if you pay for something worth 5 dollars and the person receiving it gets 4 dollars is not really fair to some parties. If transaction fees wasn't so expensive and the price hardly moves up and down i could definitely see everyone using it in the near future... but until then lets secure those investments :)
