Jack Dorsey , the creator of Twitter and fintech startups Square, evaluates the Tippin expansion, which allows Twitter users to send micropayments through the Lightning Network.

Tippin is an extension for Chrome or Firefox. After adding the extension to the browser, a lightning icon will appear under tweets, with which the user can thank the creator of the tweet with several Satoshi provided that the latter also installed this extension. To install Tippin, you need to register on the tippin.me service via your Twitter account.
The creators of the service warn that Tippin is in beta (like the technology itself Lightning Network), so you should not experiment with large sums.
