The central bank is now trying to dictate the price just like the dictate everything else, they do not want an open free market, they want it controlled. People confident in the economy and stock market is declining. China just made a move to make it easier to move away from the dollar, slowly but surely everything is being moved from the west to the east. The Fed president told Trump to back off, they are independent.
