The developer of the popular hardware wallet Ledger realizes the long-awaited ability to store Cardano cryptocurrency (ADA) on Wednesday, March 27. This was announced by CEO Ledger Eric Larchevek during an interview on YouTube channel Ivan on Tech.

“I see a lot of questions regarding the support of various coins: Cardano, Grin, several others,” the interviewer drew attention.

"Cardano will be today," answered Larchevek.

On March 14, the founder of the Cardano Foundation, Charles Hoskinson, shared with his followers a photo of a Ledger device with the Cardano logo.

“Cardano Ledger. I got the first one, ”he wrote.

Cardano developers announced the upcoming integration with Ledger in early February:

“We are pleased to announce that we will integrate the Ledger hardware wallet into the Cardano ecosystem. This means that users will be able to keep their ADA offline through a convenient and secure cold storage. ”

Cardano was the leader in terms of growth among the top 10 cryptocurrencies this Wednesday, adding to the cost more than 12%.
