I just tried to signing up for an account ([email protected]) and my account confirms the money was transferred to the bitcoin address I was given at checkout but I have not received any additional info? What is the normal wait time? I selected steemcreate on the recommendation that a second account on steemit had to be paid for. If this is not the proper place to ask for support could you please direct me ... as I could not find any contact info on the steemcreate website.
