If China was the smartest why hasn't it been able to cure the number suicides their citizens commit every year due to work pressure?
China has made their non-skilled citizens robots.
I hope you know how apple and all big companies make sure their harness the cheap labour in China.
China might be smart but they don't know that their own people only will suffer in the future.
