It's Our Time to Decentralize the World
No matter where you stand, on the content creation side or as a spectator of content, its clearly getting to a stage we need better options in how we distribute and share the content we love. Platforms like Visio and many others are paving the way to provide options for those losing out on Youtube and so many centralized systems that seem to put content creators last. Without the hard work content creators provide many industries would not be with such wealth as they have become but sadly they are missing the point that content creators should come first in the area of earnings.
The Youtube's of the world are restricting too much on content creators and pulling the plug on so many aspects of earning potential for creators that its slowly beginning to effect the amount of decent content we get to see. These centralized platforms have literally made beggars out of content creators, having them seek out other platforms for donations just to simply carry on and continue to make great content so the centralized systems can continue to feed off their earnings.
This has to stop, and it will if we work together!
Decentralizing Through Community Help
Thankfully due to the original concepts that Satoshi Nakamoto instilled within the creation of the Bitcoin network, technology has found many valid options to upgrade and decentralize how we do many aspects of every day life. This has been an innovation that seems to take off every week into many web of ideals which makes this probably one of the most important times for human history. For once we can actually work on the level of individuality yet build systems bigger than anything we seen up to this stage. For this, whoever Satoshi was is a true visionary with genius and we at Visio hope to honor such feats with our platform to decentralize how content is stored and shared.
Right now we are hard at it with the platform and making a lot of serious headway. Our dev team is putting in unbelievably long hours so the world has this option at its disposal and so we can hopefully be one hand of many to provide everyone with a new home to work, create, and share their amazing content. On our end the tech is being handled with great care and moving forward at a light speed pace, so we have a lot in store for our users and outsiders.
Right now the only thing we need most is the support of a strong community. Investors, future planned masternode holders, the curious that want to learn more about us, and most of all...we need content creators to find a home with Visio so they can gain the freedom to earn and share as we are completely designing the Visio platform with them in mind the most.
We want you to have a say in this project and to express that decentralized voice you possess. Without a group of strong voiced community members this project would have not made it this far and we would love to continue to find more users who hold the integrity of Visio up. Couldn't agree more, we have to take back our rights to create and share before everything gets so overly censored. Really appreciate your support towards this, more of us that work together to get it done right, the closer we will be to a better way of doing this
If decentralization is essential to act against censorship, collaboration and community organization is even more so.
Well said, its kind of a running thing in Visio within the team to remind each other this won't happen without everyone being on the same page and together as a community. Decentralization in definition is all the working parts working in unison so the goal is to keep that one of the strongest assets in this coin and the platform we are building.
Investors are important but so are the content creators sharing their work within the platform, so there is this fine line in this project to know that everyone has a hand in making it successful, no matter how much they contribute, its the fact they simply contributed in some form

Not too sure about your follow-those-who-follow-you strategy on Twitter though, i usually lose respect for social media channels who exercise this practice.
Not sure if I follow you about our Twitter, we don't go by a follow for follow strategy but we did clean house of a bunch of spamming profiles the other day. Our inbox was sadly full of scams and spams heavily and it got a little hard to get to the real users messaging us. Maybe that appeared to be us on a follow for follow game but not the case.
I see. I only presumed you to follow this strategy because your number of followers was almost the same as your number of people followed.
Actually the number was way higher last week but cut down due to a lot of serious spam. You know how it goes on Twitter, they come in and constantly try to sell you something so we cleaned up the follows on a bunch of them, mainly just to not support the misuse of Twitter. No worries though, no follow for follow promotion plan with us. Most of our focus is actually here and using the Twitter to feed the info from here to it plus announcements we have come up.

Why not just put videos on steemit , people can watch them for free and upvote if they like it.
It takes too much space, even pictures are not stored on steemit, only url's, thanks for the vote brother :-)
Visio is not just for solely videos, its a distributed platform that can host files of any type so it will be left up to the user in what use case they plan to use the platform. You can kind of view Visio on a few levels, one as a distributed system to deliver content with no middle man, another view is a platform for users to build on to create a home for their audience and a censorship free spot in a form of like Youtube and sharing platforms but the user can put in options of how they want to earn either through the bounty system in place or ad overlays. Main thing like @bubke stated is space, our masternodes will be the content storage centers but in a decentralized manner so its not overly censored or some central system banks income off of the users for their work.

Right now its in Pre-Alpha testing, little longer before official launch of the final platform but we are getting very close. Masternodes as well are coming right after and a lot of updates. September should become our busiest month it appears, direction moved along a little faster paced than we even expected so everyone should be seeing what Visio is all about soon.
