Thank you! I’ll try not to keep watching the market haha.. the hubby says people can get heart attacks if they watch it too closely and I totally agree! I was frustrated it rose too fast for me to buy it hahaha.. changing every second!!

did i ever say that? i dont remember being that dramatic ;) only that watching prices is bad for your health. especially since you're not day trading it (i hope)
also when i said 'low run', i also mean to say that this market has plenty of potential to go far lower. it's just that in five year's time or so, i sincerely doubt we will remain at these levels. the interest and the potential utility is just too much. but we could completely tank from here for a while yet !
