I actually really like utility tokens and platforms. I have a feeling we're a long way from the types of integrated, interoperable networks people envision, though OMG or AELF could nullify that feeling.

It's exciting to see how platforms like Steem, VET, and Enjin evolve. It's interesting to see if Basic Attention Token or Cindicator take off.

The only type of coin I'm skeptical about is lending tokens. MakerDAO has an interesting approach, Ripio has a great use case, otherwise I really don't see any that make sense or offer a major advantage over other fintech built on traditional infrastructure.
