- RTO by Huobi, pending approval by HKSE.
- Lloyd's of London provides crypto insurance against theft and natural disaster. Lloyd's already has paying customers such as Kingdom Trust, a crypto custodian. Other types of crypto insurance in the market includes insurance against smart contract code failures.
- Stanchart is working with R3 Corda to put BG on blockchain.
- Moscow government is planning to use Ethereum to run some public event application/ registration.
- Australia is working with IBM to create its national blockchain "Australia National Blockchain" where smart contracts with predefined legal terms can be used by businesses in certain automated transactions.
Tech:
- Dandelion aims to randomise and add layers to the relay process of a Bitcoin transaction to reduce traceability of Bitcoin address to source IP address.
Reg:
- China public whistle-blowing portal now covers token sales.
- Venezuela has ordered its banks to use the Petro and denominate financial information in both Bolivar and Petro. However it is unclear if Petro has indeed been distributed and is ready for use.
