Higher standards are great, especially at time like these when crypto ads are being banned by major platforms. ICO's shouldn't be seen as fraud or scam, just because some of them are actually scam. People should do their research before investing into an ICO.
ICO headstart will be quite valuable if it really does what it promises. Maybe all those major platforms that banned ICO ads will actually regain trust. But, that's probably highly unlikely. The important part is, we need a safe place like this and I hope it goes a long way!
