China's ICO ban is just temporary

China's finance minister announced that their ban on ICOs is just temporary. They realize that potential companies can simply move their operations to Hong Kong or Japan. I do applaud thier attempt to protect gullible follower minded Chinese from the potential rape that will occur. All countries must seriously consider regulating ICOs. In the U.S the FOMO has just begun so we have yet to see thr fleecing that is going to happen to bullish over confident Americans.
