STEEM - Important question?

Yesterday I thought about a specific function on STEEM and that is that everyone can upvote their own POSTS.
The UpVote happen automatic so you don't even have to do it yourself.

Here comes my question:
What if someone submits lets say 1000 posts in a week.
Due to the fact that my own Upvote is worth 0,01 and I posted 1000 stories do I get than 20 Steem?

If it is true and it indeed does function that way I think that it should be fixed.
