My thoughts to an open-source economy and global collaboration

There are thousands of reasons why we need an open-source economy, here are some videos that inspired me to understand.

For me it is obvious that the power of global collaboration will one day overtake all the big companies and will finally unite humanity to ecomplish its whole power.

Collaboration is the building block of our productive society, and companies are currently holding back a lot of the power of collaboration by having central control.

In my opinion, an open source economy will be able to produce much more valuable products by being more efficient in the same breath.

Imagine.
We are already collaborating across the world, and most of the big companies are collaborating across thousands and some even millions of people. However, until now they are able to maintain the long out-dated hierarchical structure, but pretty soon, most of the technologies, programs and even resources, will emerge from open-source projects and global, unconstraint collaboration

If people follow their passion, they often exceed their own expectations, while inducing happiness.

These are my thoughts, watch the videos and let me know what you think.
