☄️Polkadot's Acala parachay development team says it has recovered 2.97 billion aUSD stabelcoins

Polkadot-parachay Acala's development team announced that it has returned about 2.97 billion aUSD stabelcoins that were stolen due to an exploit.

The incident occurred due to a code error in one of Acala's smart contracts that managed the iBTC/aUSD liquidity pool. This error allowed some Acala liquidity providers to create their own Stablecoin.

The aUSD stabelcoin itself has almost regained its dollar peg and trades at $0.9.
