Dr. Dan Boneh, Stanford University, Cryptography, PhD Prof has recently released his lecture at no cost, for those that are notably curious about delving a touch into cryptocurrency.
The lecture material is presently accessible online and contains the whole course for Computer Science 251: Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency
The material contains the whole course curriculum and summary and in line with its description:
“The course covers all aspects of cryptocurrency, together with distributed consensus, smart contracts, Blockchains and applications. We'll focus intimately on Bitcoin and Ethereum as case studies.” said Dr.Dan
Dr. Dan Boneh was born in Israel in 1969, and obtained his PhD in Computer Science from Princeton University in 1996.
Along side Matt Franklin of the University of California, Davis; He is also one of the principal contributors to the event of pairing-based cryptography from the Weil Pairing.
He joined Stanford University in 1997 and have become Prof of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
Those who are trying to explore future applications of Blockchain, many United States Universities are offering Blockchain courses.
