THE FUTURE OF WORK, WHAT DOES THE FUTURE HOLD?

Cryptocurrencies have changed Everything!

Workers need to think about the future of work. Over the past decades we have seen automation in the work place becoming a reality and in most cases a necessity; a necessity, because is there to make a profit, efficiency is key component.

With that being said, is it not time for workers across the world to start having this conversation? The conversation we must have is "The Future Of Work" or work places of the future.

This conversation reminds me of a questions we ask our members "what is the purpose of work?" Or "why do you go to work?".

The overwhelming response to this question I have received is always;

"I work to provide for my family."

This response is the reason why we need to put this topic on the table for debate.

What is the future of work? If machines are taking over jobs, surely then the thing to do is invest in the technology that makes this possible.
