Thank you for posting this. There is an organization that is working at solving much of what you described in your post. They have created the worlds first universal basic income by developing a currency specifically for it. They are a non profit organization aiming at eradicating poverty by working with the non profit organizations around the world to help them out. Also, if everyone was receiving the currency for free, we could all send what we wanted directly to their wallet.

Hence there is an idea already underway to alleviate this problem in the future.
