Yeah you can check out the original whitepaper here where they state the DEC 2018 lockup period. http://hashrush.com/Hash-Rush-Whitepaper-2.0.pdf and as you can see they didn't not hold to that whitepaper promise... so why would they honor or hold to the latest whitepaper promises?
