Hi @suppoman, I already wrote under your YT-Video and I want to give you this information, because you are giving really great suggestions how to analyze cryptocurrency entry points etc.
It seems that you don´t understand the Steemit reward system so far exactly. It doesn´t matter how much upvotes you are getting for your payout, important is WHO is upvoting you and how much SteemPower he has + how much is his current voting power. So if you are getting an whale-upvote, you can earn over 25$ just with one single upvote. And that´s why sometimes you only get 1,2$ for example, even if you got over 100 upvotes, if the upvotes are only from minnows.
Example: I have about 3000 Steempower in my Steemit account in the moment and my current voting power is at 67%. On https://www.steemnow.com/ I can see, that my upvote is worth 0,32$ in this moment. So if I will vote your post, it will raise 0,32 $. You have a very small Steempower in the moment, so you can be really really happy about your payouts, because whale like to upvote people with high Steempower too. Normally new members with low voting power are starting with smaller rewards than you. Even for my first articles I got nothing and I was happy about posts where I got a few cents, because it is already more than on any other social media platform. :)

I completely understand how it works but have noticed that the people with good voting power aren't upvoting anymore... but are upvoting crap every day. Never mind.
Of course the whales with high SteemPower in their Steemit account couldn't only upvote you, think about the rest of the community too bro. There is a reward pool everyone is sharing and of course everyone has their own favourite authors. With voting bots and voting trails you automate your votes and that's why some people with the support of the whales are always earning around the same rewards with any post. Yes there are people who are always getting hundreds of dollars with every article, because they have autobot whale support. Just keep Steeming and never mind about the payouts, even a few cents are more than everyone is earning with their social media activity on other platforms. Steemit is really amazing and unique!
I think the China news will be forgotten in the end. The promise of distributed ledgers is too powerful to be forgotten now.

What the market needs is a digital cash platform with intrinsic value along with a mechanism for global mass distribution.
Whoever provides THAT solution will become a TRILLionaire.

The Ralph Lauren reference was spot on. Who doesn't love a good sale! I have noticed the fluctuations the last few days and figured it was because of China.
Why such a negative title to this post? It creates unnecessary panic based on a nice dip and on unconfirmed information. Definitely a nice buying opp as you say.
how can you be an expert if you simply have no clue on what btc is doing or is going to do. you advertise that btc goes down because of china news as if the correction wouldn't come if there was no news. ignorant making money on his followers fking them in the ass... your luck is that this is such bullish market that the avfg doe doesn't reallize
