I got mine... They were doing it manually and it got more interest than expected. They increased token/eth as well. 3500/Eth for block 1, 3000/Eth for block 2 (current block).

I really wonder about substratum coin. The key question is this : Is there any working technology based on substratum network ? Do the network already host decentralized websites or that idea is just planned and worked on for future availability ?
