Binance and kucoin, and lots of reading up on blogs and forums. Not sure if binance is open again. But kucoin is taking on new applicants, though not sure if they will close off soon based on server downtime this month.

That's not FUD, they generally are having lots of issues due to over capacity, and its the smart move when people start getting annoyed.

That said I moved a couple of ether over this eve just to test it and it was transferred from binance in under 30min.
