Ethereum and NEO both are relatively "up" compared to the crashes in the crypto space.
Personally, I think BTC is the best investment right now. We'll probably still see red across the Alt space as investors slowly exchange for an enticingly low BTC. As the price of BTC creeps back up, there will be some FOMOers from the alt space moving even more into BTC along with some fresh FIAT moving back into the crypto space (through BTC).

THAT will then be a good time to reinvest in alts.

As for ETH/NEO, yes they are good investments but you have to wonder, is there a BETTER investment opportunity right now than a successful alt coin that is still relatively up?
