Referrals at Cryptocurrency Sites - Is there a better way?

The Frustration of Referrals

Some have them and some don't and those with them usually have a lot of them because they are good at driving traffic in one way or another to their referral links. I'm one of the "Some don't" and people like me, including myself being a culprit, spam our referral codes around a few times and then give up seeing no traffic to our referrals and no benefit except maybe alienating ourselves from a community we would actually like to be a part of. We then sit around scratching our heads, how did that guy on youtube get $1000 worth of referrals or what is so good about that persons article on Steemit. So we take to the comments to shout our disagreement to this unfair distribution of said referral income / up votes etc. In the defence of everyone that makes a buck off referrals and up votes they do so in my opinion by putting in plenty of hard work, still I predict this is a fine paying job for the top tiers of sponsors / affiliates.  

What can we do to minimise or even eliminate this frustration that is associated with sites we would like to invest our time and money in? 

We can use referrals that give us the most for our money. Some people might consider YouTube content or Steemit articles that entertain is enough and certainly in the most part I believe this is true. I also believe that at some point the income for work ratio gets exponentially better as their popularity grows and for many people it has reached what I would consider beyond ridiculous. The Solution I have come up with is to create a referral club where everyone in the club uses one central referral account that no one in the club owns. 

What happens in referral club stays in referral club. 

THE IDEA / MISSION: To make referrals in cryptocurrency less taboo and create a better community space surrounding crypto companies that have referral programs. 

HOW?: Create a central referral account at "site" voted for by the community. Community members can then use the site and make the referral club account at said site their sponsor. As the club account receives income it transfers it out to the clubs main investment wallet / account that members share a profit from. The community can use a discord to communicate and vote on things like where investment funds should be used / held, intervals for profit payments to members and how profits are distributed for a certain period, 100% re-invest, 50-50 Reinvest-Withdraw, 100% Withdraw.

GOALS:

Long Term: 100+ Members benefiting and growing together as a community. Committee with designated roles to cover all aspects required to run the club including maintain income, payouts, investments, discord moderation. Regular payouts for members (Weekly - Daily). A plan for the next year for the club. 

Mid Term: 50+ Members benefiting and growing together as a community. Committee with designated roles to cover most aspects required to run the club with some community input to close the gaps. Plan for the next 6 months and steps needed to reach Long Term Goals. Regular Payouts (Fortnightly - Weekly)

Short Term: 10+ Members benefiting and growing together as a community.  Small Committee that will need to work hard to give the club some momentum. They will need to make definitive short, medium and long term goals, marketing and growth strategies and implement them. Ideally this would consist of people who understand and embrace the Idea of community first!

Rules and Regulations for members 

Ways to Sell / Transfer position in the club. How referrals are handled when received and tracked against club members.

There are many potential sites and ultimately sites the club participated at would be voted on and even if the club were to make an account at a certain site it would not obligate a member to participate at said site.

Purchasing and Staking POS Coins from various cryptocurrencies

Participating in ICO's - Possible distribution of tokens to members (See issues with US citizens wanting to participate) 

Buy and HODL Big Coins

Buy and use a trading bot on voted trading pairs / exchanges

What I would like to do next and how you can help.

I would like to start talking and collaborating with some like minded people that can see potential in this idea and would like to help me get it off the ground. You would probably need at least a small amount of capital to use to get the project started. This would be to fund your account that is using the club account as a sponsor.  We will be the first committee that will need to do the bulk of the work to get this project started. I would do this on my own but like you I am time poor and can only spare some time to concentrate on such endeavours, plus I am trying to start a community project / club and that doesn't work on my own.
