Is Crypto Revolution PrePlanned By Elite?

      I am not trying to create another paranoia and doubt, but let's just take a look at one possible possibility. 

What if it is all planned? People on top, elite, royal jerks etc., have been on top for a long time. How? By thinking ahead and manipulating society and peoples way of thinking. They are not naive and have access to some information that we don't have access to. No need to explain how wise they are, they are still on top and that is the proof.

If someone wanted to create global money, totally secured and controlled by governments, no way to avoid taxes ever even for the smallest transaction like giving your kid an ice-cream money. Everything that you ever do every day, you pay taxes automatically in fractions and there is no way to avoid it. Perfect tax world. Nothing is done discrete.

How would you achieve it?
Get the whole world into it by making it a people thing, new revolution, freedom, stick it to the man finally.
But also make it very alternative, anarchist thing that everyone would be working on it. Get everyone into it by making possibilities of anyone getting rich fast. Get everyone into trading and investing and letting people put their cash into it.
Making it as popular as possible.
And then?
How difficuilt can it be for the elite to take everything over and say, thank you guys for building and developing it for us, now let's start our global world and you guys must follow our rules because you have no choice.
Paranoia?
