Here in Venezuela, this issue is a total mockery. I understand why this may seem interesting, for those outside Venezuela it is very difficult to understand the magnitude of the disaster led by the government of Maduro.

All the projects executed by chavism government have been corrupted, none of them is saved and this will not be the exception. This project, like the previous ones, will only serve to enrich more the elite that governs.
