Code of talent is a blockchain driven platform which aims to bring changes in the traditional education system. There are many students that do not get the engagement, content, or even human interaction what they want. With Code of talent platform, anyone can join and learn which in turn will make education more efficient and easier. By participating the learners can earn rewards. This project aims to motivate the users to learn and help them to bridge the gap between their knowledge and skills.

What are the problem of currenty eduation system?

Classroom education is naturally boring. It basically gives you a theoretical knowledge
Most of the time, As the education has a price, The students who come from poor financial background have not
been able to gain proper knowledge. Price becomes a barrier for them to access to education.
Lack of good teachers also a real problem when It comes the education.
There are plenty of online education programmes on the internet. but students are not motivated to engage in online
educational programmes due to various reasons such as effective engagement, content personalization and lack of
human interaction etc. Clearly, e-learning is not a solution for learners’ needs

With this platform, Students and instructors are going to interact and share feedback within groups of maximum 40 participants of 10 minutes daily learning sessions. and, This method allows students to learn from each other as well.
