It has been reported by New York Times that founder of Gemini Trust, Cameron & Tyler Winklevoss, are suing Charlie Shrem, creator & leader of 'Silk Road' a Deep-Web black market, for $32m in embezzled BTC.

As per reports, the Winklevoss brothers gave $250,000 to Shrem to buy BTC on their behalf but Shrem only gave back $189,000 worth of BTC when BTC was changing hands at price of $12.50.

The Brothers are suing for almost 5000 BTC in total that they believe are stolen, currently valuing at $32m and almost hot $100m during December 2017.

“Either Shrem has been incredibly lucky and successful since leaving prison, or — more likely — he ‘acquired’ his six properties, two Maseratis, two powerboats and other holdings with the appreciated value of the 5,000 Bitcoin he stole,” reads the lawsuit.

The twins told the Times that they decided to pursue the lawsuit after observing his spending habits. They then hired an investigator who discovered that the 5,000 Bitcoins were transferred in 2013 through Mr. Shrem’s wallets onto wallets associated with Xapo and Coinbase.

Shrem has denied all the allegations, and his lawyer saying that the claims “could not be further from the truth” and that he will happily clear his name in court.

What is your source for writing that he is the "creator & leader of 'Silk Road'"? I think the true creator and leader is actually in still in prison, and will be for another 100 years.
