There is alot of truth in this. But no one will ever listen to you, first because of the snarky tone you used in your post, secondly because they don't want to listen.
It is possible to make money trading with technical analysis only, it takes more then following a random strategy on any instrument, but it is possible. But people just want to search a trading setup on Google, follow a line and make money, and they will get mad at you if you come with this truth at them. I know because I tried.
In the end technical analysis is usefull to set up entry and exit points, not to predict anything, that's wishfull thinking.
