You Can now claim your P.O.C.K.E.T. Tokens between STEEM and Bitshares - And purchase BuildTeam Tokens with them
About a month ago, @biophil issued a new token on the STEEM blockchain called Pocket Token. At the time, you could claim up to 1 million Pocket Tokens through the original post: Pocket Genesis Post: Resteem this to get your free POCKET Tokens!.
@virtualgrowth through @pocketexchange then created the Pocket Tokens on Bitshares and Pocket Tokens are now able to be exchanged from STEEM to Bitshares and back.
Sending POCKET to @pocketexchange for POCKET on Bitshares
To exchange your claimed POCKET Tokens onto Bitshares you need to leave a reply comment on the original exchange post, Exchange P.O.C.K.E.T. tokens between Steem and bitshares, with your request in the following format:
Format: pocketsend:<amount>@<account>,<optional memo>
NOTE: Remember the comma
To exchange 100 POCKET to @pocketexchange you would type: pocketsend:100@pocketexchange, memo: bitshares name and change the number 100 to the amount you wish to send and receive on bitshares. Note there will be a 1% fee for this transaction exchange. Be sure to include your correct bitshares name to be properly credited.
You will then receive a confirmation of the send through and that the tokens have been sent to you on Bitshares (see screenshot below):
Trading POCKET Tokens for BTS or BuildTeam Tokens
Pocket Tokens can then be traded on Bitshares for BTS and even BUILDTEAM (BT) tokens. There are currently buy orders in place on Bitshares for BUILDTEAM Tokens and BTS.
BuildTeam (BT) token sell orders for POCKET tokens.

What are BuildTeam Tokens I hear you ask?
BUILDTEAM tokens are used to pay the BuildTeam employees. These tokens are often sold for BTS and you can purchase these and use them to bid for a pot of STEEM during the BuildTeam monthly auction.

I have purchased BUILDTEAM tokens and participated in the past three auctions and made a profit EVERY time. I highly recommend getting in on the BUILDTEAM token action.
If you have some POCKET tokens you don't want, exchange them from STEEM to Bitshares using the guide outlined above and exchange them for some BUILDTEAM (BT) tokens and participate in the next auction.

You will need a Bitshares account/wallet to be able to exchange your POCKET tokens from the STEEM platform onto the Bitshares platform and then exchange them for BUILDTEAM tokens. This is not a Bitshares token; it's native to Steem. There is no block explorer yet, but you can pay 1 token to check your balance by sending some to yourself just like I did above.

You can buy BitShares on BlockTrades. There, you type your BitShares account name and it will give you the deposit address where you must send your funds from your Steem (or Steem Dollars) wallet or from another type of wallet if you wish. On Steemit, you would put this address in the memo along with the amount you are sending to @blocktrades, on, let's say a Bitcoin wallet, you would simply paste it as a sending address. But first, before getting the deposit address, you'll need to properly choose the coin you want to send which will be converted into BitShares as the coin you must also select for the receiving end.

Sure, the Bitshares decentral exchange or DEX. Don't trust central exchanges as they can shut down and take your funds whenever they want, as Bittrex showed us the last days.

And Bittrex decided to unlist Bitshares most likely because they are a threat to their exchange. And now many Bittrex users are moving to the DEX.
