Binance Coin Became The First Of The Top Cryptocurrencies To Break Its ATH in USD, Who's Next?
2018-19 crypto winter was brutal, where most of the top altcoins lost 80-90% of their valuations. Even after the recent surge in prices, many sit way below their all-time high (ATH).
Despite all the bad market conditions, there is one cryptocurrency that has managed to regain and surpass its ATH price. Binance coin put up a new high of $25.49 on April 20, 2019 and surpassed its previous ATH of $24.46 from January 12, 2018.
Introduction of Initial Exchange Offerings and launch of Binance Chain and Binance DEX were the major factors that accounted for this recent price surge.
Who's Next?
In my opinion, Litecoin could be the next big coin to break its ATH, it might not happen anytime soon but it has a major catalyst coming up in terms of its halving event which is scheduled to happen in early August this year. This could lead to some major price spikes in Litecoin's price especially if BTC stays healthy.
