With a Syrian Ceasefire agreement between the US and Russia it appears that the petrol dollar has reached the end of its road. Vladimir Putin in no uncertain terms announcing that digital technology (blockchain/ cryptocurrency) will be the focus of the new industrial order that will replace the petrol dollar.
