Cool news about fair share distribution. Not many ICOs today follow such approach. Good to hear that Effect AI actually values its communty and creates equal opportunities to investors.
I had really negative experience in some of ICOs.
In some ETH ICOs gas wars are insane.
Also had negative experience in one NEO "charity" when due to rush NEO blockchain was overloaded. As a result we stuck at one block and those who actually contributed ealier didn't get into, but people who contributed later in time got in.

1500 USD per person is not much. This will definetly prevent from whales. My overall impression is very good about Effect AI. But I still have some concerns about current NEO USD rate :-( Hope bullish market comes closer to the end of March.
