Basically, if you send the FBI a tip that results in prosecution and an award of penalties, you can be rewarded with a percentage of those damages. This will eventually help make the market operate more efficiently, but in the short term this will seem like regulation and will be unwelcomed and cause the markets to panic. I expect altcoins to retest recent lows
