URunit – A Blockchain Gambling Platform Controlled by Players

Overview:

URunit is integrating blockchain technology into the online gambling industry. According to the statistics in the year 2017 the online gambling market was worth $47.4 billion which shows that this market has lot potential and hence URunit has found its opportunities to grow in this sector. The project believes that integrating blockchain will bring in advantages for the online gambling industry such as easy and faster payments, no limit on carrying out the transactions, making the system transparent and fair etc. URUN token will be used on this platform.

Problems in Gambling Market:

The gambling market including online market have many loopholes. The players earn very minimum profit and the casinos take up the major part thus keeping the players unsatisfied. All the casinos some what look the same and this leads the players to leave the game quickly as the lacks novelty.

The casinos have to spend more on advertising to bring in more customers but eventually the customers do not stay for long due the problems they face.

Solution:

URunit is providing solution to the above problems by developing a gambling platform which will be managed by the players. The project is building a decentralized platform with the help of blockchain technology. Any player can control a game where in he can set all the parameters. The player has the control over a game only for a particular period like for an hour, a day, a week, or a month. The profit which will be made in this time duration goes to the player who hosted it.

URunit Platform will consist of three categories of games, which are:

• Standard public games: These games will be developed by casinos which cannot be controlled by users. Users can play these for free on the platform.
• Customised Public games: These games will allow users to customise its parameters and host them for a time.
• Private games: Users also have the option to customise the private games. These games cannot be accessed by everyone. The host decided whom to give access for the private games.

How Does it Work?

The users need to register on the platform with their multicurrency wallet. After depositing a certain amount in fiat or cryptocurrency the user can then play the games and perform other functions. Every player will be given a rank and after attaining a minimum rank the player then can host a game on the platform. For hosting a game, the player needs to pay a small amount of URUN tokens.
