Stratis platform; the giant sleeper crypto for early 2018

There have been a number of platforms entering the crypto market over the past year that are competing with Ethereum to build applications on blockchains. Stratis rises above the rest in many respects due to it's comprehensive plan to integrate features in it's road map that will make it more than a "one use case" platform.
