New to Crypto

What kind of madness is this?? I just moved to Washington State
and I am finding it extremely difficult to find an exchange
that allows me to buy and trade alt coins other than BTC, ETH, LTC.
Now I understand that there are new regulations that just went into
affect here in WA but was hoping to find someone who is a little more
say that can point me in the right direction.
