CRYPTOCURRENCY NOT YET LEGAL IN GHANA
Ghana's central bank has reiterated that transactions in digital currencies are currently not licensed under the payment system act of the country. However, due to a gradual paradigm shift toward the use of digital currencies, the Bank of Ghana hints of legislation which is being drafted to license the use of cryptocurrencies in the payment systems.
