I've never heard of them having a "vault" - is that just an option I've missed? O.o Maybe it's on delay somehow and it will show it in your wallet after a little while? How long have you been waiting?
The vault keeps you from making impulse sales by allowing you to remove following a 48 hr waiting period. What i didn't know was it has to be approved on coinbase, your primary& BACKUP email. It didn't say that so i had to contact support.
Ohhhhhh wild! I have my phone and email set up with Coinbase, but I've never done the vault thing, or even noticed it before!
If you do use the vault you can't remove unless you approve from both your primary and backup email
